As local builders, we think of our customers as neighbors. (And in some cases, they literally are.) So for us, customer service is no short-term sales tool but a long-term commitment to quality. That’s why we go the extra mile by providing Personal Construction Coordinators who spend up to 100 hours on behalf of each client, personalizing every home to individual tastes. Building multiple options into our home plans — and incorporating our clients’ own ideas for customizing. And managing our own warranty work, instead of delegating to a less knowledgeable and less motivated third-party service.

We stay in close communication to make sure every customer is happy — long after closing — but we also value unbiased, outside evaluations.
